BIG NEWS: WE WILL BE OPERATING TWO COURSES AT THIS EVENT!

In response to our growing sport, and to help make the event days more manageable for crew members and athletes, we will operate two (2) challenge courses at this event.

Athletes will see slight differences between the two courses which should not impact on the athlete’s performance. Course B (new course) will have red and blue carpeted lanes instead of floor tiles, cone delineators instead of fire hydrants, our original stair tower, and a different-looking saloon door and target system but still with the same dimensions as we currently use. Course A (current course) is our current course and will feature our new stair tower from WHP Training Towers.

However, to ensure consistency and fairness for our athletes and/or teams, we have designated each course for specific categories throughout the event.

Course A (current course): will serve as the course for our Individual Category. All
qualifying rounds and the title finale in this category will remain on this course.

Course B (temporary course): will serve as the course for our Tandem and Relay
Categories. All qualifying rounds and the title finales will remain on this course.

REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR TWO COURSES:

Both courses will operate the same hours Monday-Thursday during qualifying rounds. Individual Category runs on Course A and Tandem / Relay Category runs on Course B.

During registration, athletes will be given 3-hour timeframe windows for each category and course. Athletes can select to run multiple runs on the same day however must make sure they choose the timeframe windows that allows them to run at separate times and gives them the necessary rest they need between runs.
